How Consistency & Storytelling Elevated a Vermont Law Firm

When a small Vermont-based law firm approached us, they were looking for more than just social media management. They wanted a partner to help them tell their story, highlight the work of their attorneys, and showcase their strong community involvement with nonprofits and local events. Their primary challenge? Staying consistent and relevant online while strengthening their reputation in the community.

The Challenge

Before working together, the firm’s social media presence was sporadic. Posts went up occasionally, but there wasn’t a strategy for highlighting their attorneys or promoting their community engagement. Their website blog was rarely updated, limiting its SEO value. Their goal was clear: build consistency across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, while creating a stronger brand presence through thoughtful storytelling.

The Approach

We developed a strategy centered on three pillars:

  1. Consistency Across Platforms – Regular posting on Facebook (4,500 followers), Instagram (2,700 followers), and LinkedIn (1,900 followers) to maintain top-of-mind awareness.

  2. Community & Storytelling – Sharing highlights of attorneys’ community involvement, nonprofit partnerships, and local events, positioning the firm as a people-first practice.

  3. SEO-Boosting Blog Content – Publishing one blog per month on their website to strengthen organic search rankings and keep content fresh.

The Results

After just a few months of consistent posting and storytelling, the results spoke for themselves.

📈 Highlights (90 Days):

  • Instagram – Reach grew to an average of 18,500 per month (up 65%), with engagement rates up 54%.

  • Facebook – Post reach jumped to 22,000 per month (up 48%), with an average of 200+ clicks to their website per month.

  • LinkedIn – Increased visibility with 7,800 impressions per month (up 42%), making their attorney highlights some of the top-performing posts.

  • Blog SEO Boost – The firm now ranks on the first page of Google for several targeted Vermont legal service keywords.

Most importantly, the firm established a consistent voice online, positioning themselves as approachable, community-driven, and highly credible.

Client Impact

The law firm is now seen as more than just attorneys…they’re recognized as active community leaders. Their consistency has boosted trust, kept them relevant, and led to more inquiries through both social media and organic search.

“We finally feel like our online presence reflects who we really are- trusted attorneys who care deeply about our clients and our community.”
